Spring TX Foundation Experts connects homeowners with independent foundation repair contractors. We are not a contractor or engineer, we don't perform work, and we aren't a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.
No guarantees
We can't guarantee a contractor's availability, price, schedule, quality, license, insurance or warranty. Vet any contractor yourself and get terms in writing.
Information here
Cost figures are published ranges, not quotes. Summaries of county, city and HOA rules are general information, not legal or engineering advice, and may be out of date. Confirm with the relevant authority and a licensed engineer.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for losses arising from this site, a referral, or a contractor's work.
